• Oracle Middleware Administrator - IT Infrastructure & Service Management Department

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Middleware Administrator to join our IT team.
The successful candidate will have experience with Oracle Middleware technologies and will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Oracle middleware environment.

Tasks
• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic middleware.
• Monitor and troubleshoot middleware issues and provide support for production systems.
• Perform software upgrades and patches and maintain software versions.
• Implement security and performance best practices.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient and effective use of middleware technologies.
• Work with the Application team and Oracle DBA to resolve application problems.
• Configuration of LDAP and SSO for fusion middleware and fusion middleware based products such as OBIEE, BI Publisher, Flex cube.
• Migrate code between test, QA and production environments.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing

Requirements
• Preferred experiences with Oracle Middleware technologies, including Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Golden Gate, and Oracle Data Integrator.
• Strong understanding of middleware concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Advanced Web/Java troubleshooting (analyzing heapdumps, threaddumps).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision or work in a team-oriented project
• Oracle certification is a plus.
