TCN is an System Integrator company since 1996 operating in Albania, Western Balkans and othercountries.
TCN shall employ one experienced Operational Manager to manage and lead operationalactivities of the company.TCN is looking for challenging and ambitious professionals with leadership capabilities, willing to boost their career and personal wealth.
ROLE
The Operations Manager’s task is to oversee operational activities at every level of the company.
Generally, the OM shall support leadership in a veriety of departments, from finance and IT to staffing and accounts payble.
An operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule and to further the company’s goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to fulfill their role delivering high quality activities and strong results as follows:
Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Help promote a company culture that encourage stop performance and high morale.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Responsible for all the contract review matters, routine follow-up with the prospective customers and
replying customers for all contract review activity that Company can meet all contractual requirements
• Responsible for the purchasing activities, to select the vendors/subcontractors, maintenance ofapproved vendor list and coordinating purchase.
To purchase as per requirements and responsible for routine purchase activity.
• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and longterm goals.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
MANDATORY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
• University degree in business, engineering or in a related discipline;
• Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience, after completing of university studies;
• Experience in leadership roles
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills, organizational and management ability;
• Strong problem –solving capacity
• Data –processing skills
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines;
• International Travel availability
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
• Master Degree in related disciplines;
• Deep knowledge about international commercial laws and practices
• Deep knowledge in budgeting
• PMP or other similar professional managing qualification
• Experience with contractual relations with international companies
• International direct living experience, preferably in English speaking countries
• Extended Management capabilities
• Second foreign language;
