Role Overview: As our Operations and Product Specialist, you'll be at the intersection of product development and business operations, ensuring smooth project execution while supporting our product strategy. This role offers significant growth potential as you'll work directly with our leadership team across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Track:

• Refine and document product requirements from initial client discussions
• Conduct product research and competitive analysis
• Support sales team with product-related materials and presentations
• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirement clarity

Operations Track:

• Manage client and internal communications effectively
• Execute QA testing and maintain test documentation
• Implement and manage automation workflows
• Handle contract management and updates
• Support invoice generation and tracking
• Coordinate with remote team members across time zones

Your Daily Impact:

• Participate in strategy meetings with leadership team
• Transform client requirements into clear documentation
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Conduct QA testing and report issues
• Facilitate communication between clients and development team
• Support sales processes and client relationships

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly
• Experience with documentation and requirements gathering
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical capabilities

• Experience with QA testing
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, etc.)
• Previous experience in a software company
• Understanding of agile methodologies

Compensation & Work Structure:

• Base salary: $700/month with potential to earn up to $1200/month based on performance
• Performance bonuses based on company growth and individual impact
• 4 days in-office (10:00 - 16:00), 1 day remote
• Flexible hours when working remotely
