EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the biggest financial institutions in Albania, is currently recruiting a Personal Banker with Loan Concentration.


Major responsibilities:

Personal Banker with loan concentration is responsible for:


  • Assisting the customer to use all products and services the Bank offers for business customers;
  • Generating new sales and increasing the volume of lending portfolio for business and individual customers;
  • Preparing the loan application and financial analysis;
  • Ensure high quality customer service in efficiency, effectiveness and customer care;
  • Review loan applications, prepare loan proposals and submit for approval to the respective body;
  • Prepare various reports for the state of the loans or required by the head office.


Requirements for this position are:


  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing;
  • Preferably 2-3 years banking experience;
  • The candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, good teamwork, strong presentation skills, be a fast learner and able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment;
  • Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
