Position: Remote Property Management Assistant


Role
Manage tenant communications, follow up on leads, schedule property showings, and coordinate maintenance requests to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of residential properties.

Key Duties
  • Contact and qualify leads; schedule property showings
  • Communicate with tenants and resolve inquiries
  • Log and coordinate maintenance requests with service providers
  • Keep records updated in the CRM and report to management
Requirements
  • Experience in property management or lead/tenant communication preferred
  • Excellent English (spoken & written) and strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently

Hours
  • Monday–Friday: 7 AM – 2 PM EST
  • Saturday or Sunday: 9 AM – 2 PM EST
Pay
  • Starting at $6/hour with regular raises
