Our Company is looking for energetic, high potential, self-motivated and high-integrity individuals to join our team.

HR Specialist​

Duties
• Manage the recruitment process following the recruitment policy and procedure. Guide management team on the job roles’ designation and align the jobs’ responsibilities with the annual performance goals;
• Manage the performance appraisal process through close cooperation with the management team, review goals and complete the performance review process according to the relevant policy;
• Manage the new hire induction program, internship programs, social activities of the company etc
• Manage the internal communication (intranet, e-communications etc);
• Contribute in the HR projects with new ideas with the purpose of improving the overall staff performance.

Skills
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Creative and result oriented;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Albanian Language;
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office package
• Very good organizational skills;
• Available to work overtime when necessary;
• Available to travel out of the city when required.

Experience
• Previous similar experience is an advantage

Education
• University Degree in Business Administration or related field.
