National Sales Manager
Our client is an international company operating in production and distribution of FMCG with strong presence in CEE markets and Albania.
Main Responsibilities
- Setting monthly & quarterly, quantitative and qualitative sales targets;
- Control of the sales execution in the outlets combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis;
- Negotiating terms of trade and assuring the required stock level at agents, wholesalers and shops;
- Assuring realization of the company sell out plans on the monthly & yearly basis;
- Contribution to the company’s promotional policy to meet the sales targets;
- Preparation of sales forecasts for regular and promotional sales;
- Hiring & firing sales representatives; On and off the job training & coaching of Sales team
- Organizing and leading Sales Meetings with required frequency
Requirements
- University Degree in marketing, business, economics
- Profound knowledge of sales fundamentals .
- More than 4 years experience in Albanian FMCG trade, of which 2+ years in management level.
- People Management Skills and professional integrity.
- Very good presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic/forward thinking.
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
