The Position
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be engaged in constant learning and upgrading your scientific and product knowledge. You will be based in Tirana and covering part of Albania.
This position gives you the opportunity to work in a high-performing team while creating values for patients.
Your main accountabilities will be:
- Effective and ethical promotion of company’s diabetes products in the assigned area of Albania
- Strive to develop market by establishment of strategic relationships with the respective health care specialists (medical doctors and pharmacists)
- Research, analyse and monitor the market trends within the assigned area
- Execute company’s marketing and medical strategy
- Previous experience on the position of Medical Sales Representative (min 2 years) will be considered an advantage
- Higher education in human medicine or pharmacy, learning potential and ability to acquire new knowledge fast
- Business understanding, drive for results, proactivity, high self-motivation & self-confidence
- Assertive, cooperative and persuasive communication style
- Excellent time management, planning & organization skills, teamwork
- Emotional intelligence and compliance sensitivity
- Fluency in Albanian and English language
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Active driver, willingness to travel frequently
