Job Title: Material Planner
Location: On-site, Myslym Shyri
Working Hours: 09:00–18:00 (Monday–Friday)
Salary: 1.996.306 ALL gross/year
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Material Planner to join our Material Planning team at Enpal.In this role, you will ensure the timely and efficient management of materials essential for our renewable energy operations.
You will monitor inventory, coordinate with stakeholders, and proactively address supply challenges to keep operations running seamlessly.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, with strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement processes, and inventory control—and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels of assigned item groups across all warehouses, avoiding shortages, excess stock, or obsolescence.
Analyze stock data to identify potential risks and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely material availability.
Proactively communicate stock risks and material status to stakeholders.
Maintain follow-up structures for accountability and alignment across teams.
Contribute to process improvements through automation, better planning tools, and solving procurement/delivery issues.
Qualifications
- Languages: Fluency in English (German is a plus)
- Skills:
- Understanding of MRP/ERP systems & inventory management principles
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: First experience in Material Planning, Procurement, or Supply Chain (renewable energy sector preferred)
- Technical: Proficiency in Excel and D365 ERP
