Job Description:

• Following legal procedures for non-performing loans;
• Implement the legal enforcement for the property collateral;
• Representing the Bank during bailiff’s procedures;
• Following the procedures in RERO and other institutions for the collaterals under the enforcement execution process.
• Following the process on taking in possession the properties collaterals as Bank’s assets;
• Participate at the sales of the movable or immovable goods in accordance with the proxy provided by BKT;
• Court representation and prepare the necessary acts for defense, Petitions for Appeals, Decisions for Correction, Complaints for General Directorate, Execution of Debt etc.
• Preparing the rent or sale contracts for the property collaterals as Bank’s assets, in accordance with the decision of the respective bodies.

Requirements:
• To have graduated from Law Faculty, offering a minimum 4-year education program and any other domestic and/or foreign university.
• To have the advocate license.
• To have the ability to represent and co-ordinate.
• PC Knowledge in user level.
• Successful in human relations.
• Reliable, patient and Careful.
• To be able to travel.
