Lagardère Travel Retail Albania operates in the retail, duty-free, fashion, and food services sectors across several strategic locations. We are looking for a Demand Planner who will play a key role in forecasting, inventory optimization, and supporting efficient supply chain operations in a dynamic travel retail environment.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor demand forecasts across multiple product categories and retail channels
  • Analyze historical sales data, passenger trends, seasonality, and market insights to improve forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Buying teams to support assortment planning, promotions, and new product launches
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory
  • Monitor stock performance and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to support efficient replenishment
  • Prepare regular reports, KPIs, and business analysis for management
  • Track key metrics such as forecast accuracy, stock cover, availability, and sell-through
  • Support budgeting, sales planning, and S&OP processes
  • Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning and reporting systems
Key Objectives;
  • Improve forecast accuracy and demand visibility
  • Maximize product availability across all stores
  • Optimize inventory levels and working capital
  • Support sales growth and operational efficiency
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment across departments
Profile Required;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or travel retail is a strong advantage
Technical Skills;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, or similar) is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management principles
Interpersonal Skills;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Working Hours;

Full-time – 40 hours/week
Monday – Friday (Weekends off)
09:00 – 17:00
