Regional Technician (Kukës)


Main Duties



  • [*=left]Radio Link PTMP Connections (New Connections);
    [*=left]Radio Link PTMP and PTP maintenance support
    [*=left]PTMP Access Point Installation /de installation;
    [*=left]P2P Link Installation;
    [*=left]Troubleshoot P2P Link;
    [*=left]Satellite Configuration & Installation;
    [*=left]Router Configuration (Mikrotik & Basic Router), onsite delivery and installation;
    [*=left]ALBWIFI installation & De installation;
    [*=left]Dedicated Internet, LAN-to-LAN, VoIP, Fix GSM and IPTV onsite support;
    [*=left]Managed WiFi onsite support;
    [*=left]Customer internal Network Troubleshoot and installation;
    [*=left]Fiber optic connections, GPON connections;
    [*=left]Network survey and reporting on problematics, solutions proposal


Skills


  • [*=left]Good Knowledge of Microsoft office package
    [*=left]Good knowledge of English language
    [*=left]Time Scheduling,effective reporting
    [*=left]Effective communication, Work delegation, Collaboration, Problem solving,
    [*=left]Available to work overtime when needed and travelling
    [*=left]Driving License


Experience



  • [*=left]At least 1 year of previous job experience in a similar position


Education



  • [*=left]Technical High School is Preferred
