Sales Representative in Kucove

Purpose of the position:
Sales representatives are one of the key tools of Sales, and their role to increase the customer base and directly contribute at increasing the profit of the Company.

Duties

  • Responsible for giving effective and high quality service to every customers that enters in Point of Sales
  • Deal with complaints from customers
  • Discover and handle concerns from customers
  • Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals
  • Catch new opportunities, special developments for products and services, collect information as well as feedback thanks to field activity and then coordinate with proper staff of the company
  • Advertise and sell products and services of the company to current and perspective customers.

Requirements of the position:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Customer oriented people
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Able and willing to work in team
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Technology awareness
