1. STORE MANAGER


Your Tasks:
The Store Manager is responsible for the daily management of the store and its maintenance in accordance with the standards set by the company.


  • Directs and manages store staff;
  • He takes care of the customer service and makes sure to fulfill all his requests;
  • Realizes the objectives defined by the company on product sales;
  • It supports the process of advertising products in the store according to the brand's instructions;
  • Managing stock levels according to the budget and making key decisions for stock control;
  • Collecting, filtering and sending daily orders;
  • Organization of trainings for sales staff;
  • Organization of promotions at store level;
  • Control of monthly operating expenses;
  • Care for the presentation and sensitivity for the external and internal presentation of the store.

Your Profile
Education:


  • Higher education, Economics/Business Administration profile.

Other qualifications:


  • Have a very good knowledge of the English language (knowing another language is an advantage);
  • Good skills in MS Office programs as well as financial programs;
  • Energetic, proactive, persistent and self-motivated person;
  • Analytical, observational and problem-solving skills;
  • To be systematic and organized;
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to plan work and set priorities.


2. DEPUTY STORE MANAGER F/M

Your Tasks:



  1. Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store.
  2. Target driven approach to KPI’s
  3. Manage, motivate and develop the store team.
  4. Maintain excellent shop floor presentation.
  5. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
    Lead by example.
  6. Consistently deliver excellent customer service.

    Your Profile
  7. You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
  8. Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
  9. Full driving licence
  10. A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
  11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  12. Natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support the development of the whole store team
  13. The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
  14. Strong interest in developing a career in retail
