Job position: Electric Maintenance Support Technician

Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electric Maintenance Support Technician to join our Maintenance team in KFC and PIZZA HUT ALBANIA, supporting the electrical systems of our Quick Service Restaurants. The Electric Maintenance Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment and systems in our business units. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment including lighting systems, power distribution systems, and kitchen appliances such as fryers, toasters, heating cabinets.
• Installs and ensures the maintenance of electrical connections, appliances, and other equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
• Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
• Install and replace electrical components, wiring, and fixtures as needed.
• Conducts inspections of electrical components such as electrical panels, switches, outlets, etc.
• Monitors the quality of maintenance work and new installations performed by third parties and provides appropriate recommendations.
• Controls the inventory of equipment and spare parts in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used.
• Recommends improvements to systems, especially reducing electricity consumption.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Percentage of scheduled preventive maintenance tasks completed on time.
• Average response time to electrical emergencies or breakdowns.
• Percentage reduction in equipment downtime due to electrical issues.
• Number of successful electrical repairs and resolutions within specified timeframes.
• Compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes during maintenance activities.
• Energy consumption reduction achieved through energy-efficient practices.
• Accuracy and completeness of maintenance records and documentation.
• Effective coordination and collaboration with internal teams and external contractors.
• Inventory accuracy and availability of electrical equipment and spare parts.
• Customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements & Skills needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Electric Maintenance Support Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
• English language knowledge, understanding and communication.
• Valid driver's license.
