TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is currently seeking to hire a hardworking and proactive Specialist to join Loan Products Management Department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the whole relationship between Insurance Companies and Tirana Bank built on the business offered to and the business received from Insurance Companies operating in the Albanian Market;
- Identify opportunities for business development and increase direct income from insurance business in favour of TB (changes in commission rate in favour of TB, enhancing cross selling process) by arranging periodic meetings;
- Frequently evaluates and reviews specific criteria’s related to Insurance Companies (market share, capital base, re-insurance agreements and limits, good reputation in the market, paid claims, professionalism and correctness of the staff) for a better collaboration and more efficient management of risk coverage focusing on trust worthy Insurance Companies;
- Continuous contact and support to other departments (Corporate, SME and Loan Administration Department) and Branch Network due to the collaboration of enhancing the settlement of insurance issues;
- Orientation of new and renewal Insurance Policies for Tirana Bank clients;
- Resolving any issue/ discrepancy related to overall analytic data of insurance policies, delays, error payments (beneficiary of the payment, currency, account number of the client/insurance companies) regarding insurance policies as per credit purpose (Corporate, SME, Retail);
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor;
Required experience:
- Banking experience (Preferred knowledge in Insurance field);
Required education:
- University Degree;
- Knowledge of English language;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office;
Required competencies / skills:
- Be accurate and have an eye on details;
- Flexibility, team spirit and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Very good communication skills, be a fast learner and able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment;
