Education and Professional Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant area would be a significant advantage.
- Professional certifications related to banking, credit risk management or payment systems.
- A strong understanding of the Albanian banking regulations and laws governing credit card operations.
- Significant experience in the banking sector with a focus on credit cards is required. At least 5-7 years of progressive experience is needed, ideally with some years in a managerial or supervisory role within a credit card department.
- Experience in managing relationships with card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and other relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing credit card strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in risk assessment and management related to credit card operations, including fraud prevention and credit control.
- Familiarity with credit card processing systems, technologies, and security standards.
- Exposure to marketing and business development activities related to credit cards.
- Familiarity with the Albanian payment system landscape.
- Awareness of any specific regulations or guidelines issued by the Bank of Albania concerning credit card operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and credit risk management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, senior management, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor performance and identify trends.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
