Customer Experience Manager

Looking for perfect English customer experience senior candidates to work for the US
rapidly growing online retailer

HOURLY RATE: $4/hour - $7/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and
interactive communication as you identify and assess their needs
 Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using and referring to the
methods/tools provided
 Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
 Determine customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
 Help customers explore product offerings and consult on purchase decisions
 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
 Ensure customer commitments are met through the proper use of task/reminder
tools
 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file
documents
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
 Engage customers
 Prepare quotes for customers and follow up to ensure they have all the
information they need to decide
 Answer customer service calls while assisting customers with order status and
lead times
 Update customers with shipping status and transit information
 Learn and maintain an internal system for returns, claims, and credits
 Filing freight claims and vendor claims for freight damage, warranty, and loss
 Able to work remotely & independently while communicating efficiently with the
team via messenger, emails, and calls
 Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
 Passion for solving problems and growing and/or rebuilding customer trust
 Proven experience in customer support and/or sales environment
 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
 Ability to effectively express oneself in writing (CHAT and Email); excellent
grammar
 Friendly, helpful demeanor; well-spoken
 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
 Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

POSITION: The position is remote

DETAILS:
- Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (4:00 PM - 00:00 Tirana Time)
- Weekend rotation
- Job Type: Full-time
- Reports to Sr Manager of Customer Experience
