IT System Administrator
On behalf of our client, a company operating successfully for more than 15 years in the sector of business supplies and machinery, we are currently looking for a bright and motivated IT System Administrator.
The ROLE:
The IT System Administrator will provide for the development and support of current network system and support the ongoing activity within the company. A generalist in all things IT, you will interconnect and boost the performance of the internal network, hardware, and infrastructure for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the Company’s operating platforms
- General IT end user support including desktop hardware, applications, and networking
- All local help desk functions, this position will also be responsible for telephone help desk support for remotely located personnel
- Support management and end users throughout the enterprise in support of both routine and strategic initiatives
- Assists with additional projects as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- University degree in IT/ Computer Science or related areas
- Min of 3 years experience working in IT admin position for a company with at least 10 employees
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian
- Knowledge of Firewall Configuration and security Policies, CISCO routers
- LAN/WAN networking expertise to manage servers
- Experience with MS SQL is highly preferred

- Has the ability to multi task, prioritize and work under periods of stress.
