Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To evaluate and make proposals for the Insurance Intermediary (brokerage) process to be in line with the regulatory and legal framework according to law no. 52/2014 on insurance and reinsurance activity.
• Prepare and update procedures, manuals, contracts and other documents related to insurance processes in cooperation with other units involved.
• To monitor that the activity of the broker is exercised in line with the internal regulations of the Bank.
• Prepare reports for the Bank Management and the state Institutions when requested.
• Maintain constant contacts with Insurance Companies for issues that may arise during insurance brokerage processes.
• To follow the compensation practices with the Insurance Companies in cases of insurance events of the Bank's clients.
• Follow the process of insurance coverage of the Bank itself according to internal procedures and regulations and give proposals for their improvement.
• To follow the claims practices with the Insurance Company for insurance events within the bank according to the terms and conditions of the policies issued in this purpose.
• Prepare, follow up and implement Insurance projects.

Experience, Knowledge and Competencies

• Have a University Degree in Economics, Management, or similar faculties.
• To have a license to exercise the activity of Insurance Broker in accordance with law no. 52/2014
• on insurance and reinsurance activity
• To have very good experience and knowledge of the Insurance Market and products.
• Very good skills of computer programs (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Self-driven and motivated, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
