Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino is seeking an experienced HR Senior, responsible for the strategic and operational management of human resources , ensuring high-quality recruitment, staff development, compliance with labor legislation, and the creation of a positive and professional work culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employment contracts, documentation, and employee records
- Monitor performance and develop performance evaluation systems
- Organize staff training and professional development
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
- Ensure compliance with Albanian labor legislation
- Work closely with department managers
- Oversee discipline, ethics, and organizational culture
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of labor law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Very good command of Albanian and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
