Job Position: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino, Vlore.
Job Type: Full-time.
Job Summary: The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff and ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the facility. Your goal is to maintain high hygiene standards and create a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas meet the facility’s cleanliness standards.
- Organize staff schedules and assign tasks efficiently.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Train housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure necessary materials are always available.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service for guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of professional cleaning products and techniques.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet guest expectations.
