Major responsibilities:
- Preparing maintenance plans, budget proposals, organizing teams for execution;
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring they are functioning optimally and safely;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area. Conduct regular safety audits and train staff on safety protocols;
- Quickly identify and resolve technical and operational issues within the production’s lines;
- Work closely with the production, procurement, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to align maintenance and investment activities with broader company objectives;
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and practices in poultry processing and propose improvements and investments to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance roles, preferably in a FMCG/Agriculture, or related industry is preferred;
- Strong understanding of production processes and equipment;
- Knowledge of quality control standards and health and safety regulations;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in English and Albanian is preferred;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and safety;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving.
