EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, is currently recruiting a Head of Maintenance.

Major responsibilities:

• Preparing maintenance plans, budget proposals, organizing teams for execution;
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring they are functioning optimally and safely;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area. Conduct regular safety audits and train staff on safety protocols;
• Quickly identify and resolve technical and operational issues within the production’s lines;
• Work closely with the production, procurement, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to align maintenance and investment activities with broader company objectives;
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and practices in poultry processing and propose improvements and investments to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance roles, preferably in a FMCG/Agriculture, or related industry is preferred;
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment;
• Knowledge of quality control standards and health and safety regulations;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Proficiency in English and Albanian is preferred;
• Detail-oriented with a focus on overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and safety;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving.
