🌊 Job Opportunity: Guest Service Agent – Cruise Ship​


Position: Guest Service Agent (GSA)
Department: Hotel / Guest Services
Contract Type: Onboard, rotational
Location: Worldwide itineraries

About the Role​


We are seeking energetic, guest-focused professionals to join our onboard Guest Services team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the main point of contact for guests and play a key role in delivering a memorable cruise experience.

Key Responsibilities​

  • Provide warm, professional front-desk service to all guests
  • Assist with check-in, embarkation, and disembarkation procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback
  • Manage onboard accounts, payments, and financial transactions
  • Coordinate with onboard departments (Housekeeping, Shore Excursions, F&B, Security)
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company standards and safety procedures
  • Assist with announcements, reports, and daily administrative tasks

Qualifications​

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front office, customer service, or cruise industry preferred
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent English (required)
    • At least two additional languages, preferably German, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, or another European language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid passport; ability to pass medical and background checks
  • Willingness to live and work onboard for extended contracts
