About the Role:
We are seeking an elegant, polished, and professional Guest Relations Hostess to join our luxury 5-star hotel team in Macau. As the face of their hospitality, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences by combining the roles of Front Desk and Concierge Attendant. Your warm, welcoming presence and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels valued and delighted throughout their stay.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism at all touchpoints.
- Provide personalized concierge services including bookings, recommendations, and assistance.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
- Anticipate and proactively fulfill guest needs, exceeding expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with VIP guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain superior service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Professional, polished appearance with excellent grooming and presentation.
- Height: 173 cm or above.
- Friendly, outgoing, and proactive personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates from Balkan region, Eastern European countries, or Ethiopia are encouraged to apply.
