On behalf of a well-established non-governmental organization (NGO) in Albania, we are seeking a motivated and strategic:
Growth & Fundraising Coordinator to lead fundraising growth initiatives and donor engagement activities.
The successful candidate will lead the Individual Giving fundraising team and be responsible for developing and managing fundraising activities focused exclusively on individual donors through Face-to-Face (F2F), Digital Campaigns, and Donor Loyalty & Retention channels. The role focuses on acquiring new monthly donors, strengthening donor relationships, and driving sustainable fundraising growth from individual supporters.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, capable of coordinating high-performing teams while ensuring that all fundraising activities align with organizational objectives, internal policies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and drive the fundraising growth strategy across Face-to-Face (F2F), Digital, and Donor Loyalty & Retention channels.
- Lead, coach, and coordinate the fundraising team and planned activities to ensure high-quality donor engagement and performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (e.g., response rate, ROI, donor acquisition, retention, and attrition), implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships for new Face-to-Face fundraising locations while maintaining effective collaboration with existing partners.
- Ensure adequate staffing, capacity building, and professional development of the Face-to-Face fundraising team in line with the approved business plan.
- Oversee digital fundraising campaigns to ensure consistency in digital presence, brand alignment, and donor acquisition.
- Lead donor loyalty and stewardship initiatives to strengthen long-term donor relationships and maximize retention.
- Ensure all donor communications comply with organizational policies, ethical fundraising standards, and child protection principles where applicable.
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or project coordination, preferably in a results-driven environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with fundraising or sales KPIs and donor/client management systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in Albanian and good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
