3V Signs UK is a media company providing signage, liveries and interior design solutions.
We are looking for an in house graphic design team specialise in delivering eye-catching and impactful designs.
Our goal is to help clients be seen in a unique, eye-popping way. Whether it’s banners, vehicle wraps, billboards, yard signs, wall vinyl, or anything else sign-related, we will make sure the message is loud and clear.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Creation, visual and aesthetic development of design;
2. Meetings with customers, understand and meet their needs, exchanging and suggested different ideas on the order and their specific requirements.
3. Determines and sets the appropriate deadlines for the realization of the order according to customer request and technical implementation procedures.
4. To control and be responsible for the final design submitted for production.
5. To follow the production in specific cases, which need more technicians, etc.
6. Electronic archiving of works, projects and product files, images, etc also saving and updating.
7. Cooperates closely with colleagues and other departments for development, graphic and aesthetic conception.

About you:

• You’ll have a strong portfolio of graphic design examples – across both digital and print.
• You’ll have excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, XD & PowerPoint.
• You’ll have an experience and interest in video editing and photography.
• You’ll have good organisation and time management skills with the ability to work over multiple projects.
• An excellent communicator with a positive and pro-active attitude. You’ll have the ability to give direction to the Studio and wider department, while contributing your own ideas and experience-based solutions to ensure critical paths are met.
• You’ll have an exceptional eye for detail.
• You’ll have experience of working to brand guidelines.
• You’ll be able to demonstrate a passion for graphic design and an appetite for continued growth and development.
• You’ll need to be comfortable with challenging the status quo.
