“ALFA” Sh.a at AgnaGroup (Glina Factory in Gjirokastër)is looking to hire a competent and motivated candidate with strong business acumen and excellent quality control skills, eager to learn and with ambition to grow professionally in the position of:
Quality AssuranceDeputy Director
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assures quality products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards and testing materials and products
• Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Lead safety, product and packaging quality
• Ensure food safety practices IQM (Integrated Safety and Quality Management Systems) requirements are maintained
• Serve as the plant’s primary liaison within all initiative that support quality assurance
• Responsible for managing internal and external audits
• Data analysis and process improvements
• Compliance and record keeping of quality control, testing, sampling and sanitation activities
• Monitor microbiological program, analysis of product and process samples
• Budget, purchasing and inventory management
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor and Master Degree in Food Chemistry or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance for the food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Experience in managing a team is an advantage
• Experience and high knowledge for Food Safety Programs, HACCP, FSSC22000
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• English knowledge at business level
