Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirana for a Technical Sales Manager at KUK Albania sh.pk.
The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for identifying potential customers for the company’s products,
maintaining long-term relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Technical Sales Manager also provides technical support to clients and collaborates
with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s ; Master degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology or Food Chemistry
- At least 3-5 years of experience in technical sales
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technical products or services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Albanian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales tools such as Salesforce
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Experience working in the industrial machinery and equipment sector or related industry is a plus.
- Driving license B – active driver (Company’s car)
