Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino is looking for a skilled and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to supervise and enhance all F&B outlets within the resort. The ideal candidate must ensure top service, operational efficiency, and outstanding culinary experiences for all guests.

Job Position:Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino, Vlore.
Job Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bars, breakfast buffet, and all F&B services.
• Maintain and enforce hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff.
• Plan staff schedules and manage performance.
• Create a positive and professional service culture.
• Prepare department budgets; monitor and reduce food and beverage cos
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Address guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Collaborate on events, themed dinners, and special promotions.
• Introduce new concepts and improvements for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of F&B supervisory/management experience (4–5 hotels preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of service standards and hospitality operations.
• Experience in cost control and financial reporting.
