We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all Food & Beverage operations and for delivering an excellent customer experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Manage all Food & Beverage and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
- Adhere to food, health and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Skilled in Procurement
- Excellent knowledge of food costs management, quality control and food production.
- Fluent in English
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks and excellent communication skills
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
