Financial Planning Team Manager

Purpose of the position: Manages and ensures report of financial and non-financial package for One Albania forecasts and Business Plans. Effective Control of Operative Expenses & Capital Expenses. Preparation of business cases and other financial models to evaluate various investment alternatives and cost efficiencies.

Main Tasks:
  • Coordinating and managing the preparation of the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
  • Perform financial analysis and taking the necessary action, based on the monitoring results, to ensure the budget control.
  • Acting as a key business partner in tracking performance and driving profitability.
  • Ensuring cost efficiency; investment management and preparation of business cases and other financial models to evaluate various investment alternatives.
  • Ongoing monitoring of functions budget, contracts, and approval of purchase request expense in SAP and release upon proper approvals as per One Albania PR policy.
  • Manage relations with business partners and advise to relative stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight on internal controls and audit related matters.
  • Enterprise Risk & Insurance management with responsible risk evaluation, monitoring, and mitigation.
  • Directing and coordinating the team for ensuring their appropriate motivation, engagement, and commitment towards the achievement of the company’s corporate objectives.
Education: University degree in economics, finance, and accounting.

Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in a similar position.

Skills:
  • Very good command of English.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Organizational and team building motivation skills.
  • A good general knowledge of the operations of the telecom business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through complexity.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office.
