Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA) is seeking to hire a
FINANCIAL CONTROL SPECIALIST
who will report to the Director of Business Planning and Controlling Department of the company.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
(for indicative purposes only. The responsibilities listed below can be subject of change upon recruitment)
• Ensures that the accounting entries are properly made (including but not limited to revenues, costs, cash flow, assets);
• Reviewing the commercial contracts and ensuring that the invoicing is properly done as assigned;
• Reviewing the calculation of the aeroportual revenues and ensuring the calculations are properly performed in compliance with price list offered by TIA and agreements in place with the airlines;
• The financial controller will have to carry out financial analysis and offer professional opinions;
• Review incentives granted to airlines to ensure correct calculation and compliance with TIA’s Airline Incentive Policy.
Requirements of the position:
• University Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• At least three years of working experience in related job responsibilities.
• Good accounting knowledge.
• Skilled in office technology:
• Able to produce readable high quality reports for senior management
• Committed to providing a high standard of service and continuous improvement.
• Credible, confident and reliable.
• Honest, reliable and with integrity.
