Job Code: 26193 Our client, a world leading company, provider of telecom hardware, software and services, and serving to a large number of Communications Service Providers has presently a Field Manager vacancy. We are looking for experienced Albanian engineers to join their team in Tirana.

Main Responsibility Areas:
- The FM manages all the zone level telecom implementation activities in a customer project.
- 30% customer, 30% office, 40% field.
- Management and support of the TI subcontractors.
- Site Quality assurance.
- Makes sure site implementation is done properly by subcontractor and ensure site implementation quality.
- Plans and order subcontractor work.
- Support Project Manager to prepare / update roll-out schedule.
- Follow up the time schedules and check if the work is executed according to plan and escalations to project management as needed
- Provide installation status reports regularly to project management
- Report to project management of foreseeable problems/all deviations from the original planning, i.e. Extra works, delays, cancellations, etc…
- Works with PM / Service Sourcing to review roll out and technical competence of partners and suppliers. If needed arrange and give training for partners together with Service Sourcing.
- Technical and site solution content support to SE Product Management for project tender and preparation
- Support project preparation works as part of start up team
- Make sure sales item mode is used
- Support PM in preparing Quality Plan.
