Location: Head Office, Tiranë.
Summary of the position: Expansion & Development Specialist has to do with direct seeking opportunities for business development and growing of the business and preparation of documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Education: University degree is preferred.
- Work Experience: 2-3 years experience preferably in retail environment or real estate:
- Additional qualifications:
Good knowledge in juristic frame, real estate.
Good computer skills, Office Package

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seeking opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector.
- Responsible for the preparation of documentation for state institutions.
- Building relationships with existing partners.
- Creating, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements.
- Prepare a business plan for the life cycle of assets, including an analysis of pricing options utilizing life cycle cost, and recommendations on the most appropriate asset solution.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the portfolio.
- Support for the identification of new locations.
- Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets for new locations.
- Supermarket Project implementation.
- Oversee local third-party property managers and leasing agents
- Education: University degree is preferred.
