Event & Production is looking for a professional in Marketing & Communications Manager, specifically for events and projects as core scope of work for a company that is a leader in the market for initiation and 360-degree implementation of a wide range of projects from festivals, concerts, summits and career fairs, sports events, awareness-raising campaigns and related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution and monitoring of marketing & communications strategies for each project and event keeping in mind the objectives, goals and other set indicators;
- Communication strategies development in targeted channels within budget requirements for each project;
- Handle partnerships with other involved parties in the projects regarding communications/marketing;
- Undertake plans and strategies regarding image of the events in the public eye;
- Conduct of market research and analysis for an efficient execution of the campaigns to meet the targets set for the campaigns (awareness, sales, conversions etc.);
- Cross-functional collaboration with the graphic designer and digital marketer;
- Manage and undertake PR initiatives and strategies for the projects respectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing & Communications Manager for a creative company;
- Excellent communications and digital skills;
- Proficiency in copywriting (English & Albanian);
- Creative & attentive to details;
- Skillful to work on diverse range of projects simultaneously;
- Updated on the latest trends in the industry;
- Diploma in Marketing, Business or PR related fields is preferred.
