ESB AND DIGITAL CHANNEL SPECIALIST
Purpose of Position:
Designs develops, and optimizes digital platforms and channels to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
Main Tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain websites and mobile applications using various programming languages and development frameworks;
- Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that provide a seamless user experience;
- Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs to support front-end functionalities;
- Optimize digital channels for speed, performance, and scalability to ensure a smooth user experience;
- Integrate content management systems (CMS) to allow for easy updating and management of website content;
- Collaborate with content creators to develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and user needs;
- Use analytics tools to monitor and analyze user behavior, traffic patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Generate and present reports on the performance of digital channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to digital channels.
Education: University degree in Computer Science (Informatics) or SW engineering.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages like Python, PHP, Ruby, or Node.js
- Knowledge of web development frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Django, or Laravel;
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla, including custom theme and plugin development;
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web services;
- Experience with database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or others;
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create intuitive and engaging digital products;
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance monitoring tools;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success;
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies as the field evolves.
