ESB AND DIGITAL CHANNEL SENIOR SPECIALIST

Purpose of Position:

Designs develops, and optimizes digital platforms and channels to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.

Main Tasks:
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex websites and mobile applications using advanced programming languages and frameworks.
  • Architect and implement scalable and high-performance server-side logic, databases, and APIs to ensure robust support for front-end functionalities.
  • Create and optimize user interfaces to provide a seamless and intuitive user experience, enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strategically optimize digital channels for performance, speed, and scalability, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
  • Integrate and customize content management systems (CMS), enhancing functionality for easy content updates and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing professionals to align digital strategies with business goals.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and interpret user behavior, traffic patterns, and KPIs, providing actionable insights.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on digital channel performance, presenting findings and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
  • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting, resolving complex issues related to digital channels and ensuring system reliability.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance digital channel effectiveness and efficiency.
Education: University degree in Computer Science (Informatics) or SW engineering.

Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in digital channel development.

Skills:
  • Expertise in advanced programming languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages such as Python, PHP, Ruby, or Node.js.
  • Advanced knowledge of modern web development frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Django, or Laravel.
  • Proven experience with CMS platforms, including advanced customization and development of themes and plugins.
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web services.
  • Advanced skills in database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or others.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles with the ability to implement effective design strategies and ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance monitoring tools, with experience in interpreting complex data.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Proven track record of adapting to and integrating new technologies, tools, and methodologies in a rapidly evolving field.
