Alumil Albania, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.

For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
The purpose of the Engineering Consultant role is to support, train and communicate with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, public offices, and investors, in order to specify Aumil’s systems in their project.
1.Main Duties:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- University Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Experience for at least 3 years in B2B sector.
- Experience on the construction sector is an advantage.
- CRM experience will also be considered as a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work well in teams
- Good knowledge of English Language

Engineering Consultant
Position ObjectiveThe purpose of the Engineering Consultant role is to support, train and communicate with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, public offices, and investors, in order to specify Aumil’s systems in their project.
1.Main Duties:
- Support all Architects, Consultants, Engineers with finding the best solutions to their projects.
- Constantly visit Architects, Consultants, Engineers, public offices to connect & support.
- Visit customers for technical training on how new systems operate and about product upgrades and updates.
- Contribute to the sales and profits increase, by bringing new projects to the company, implementing in-direct, as well as direct sales practices.
- Be an influencer in the architectural world. Create a clientele of Architects, Consultants, Engineers.
- Classify the clientele based on the importance of each client and identify the key accounts.
- Escalate to the rest of the commercial team and ALUMIL all the information about the projects and the processes, necessary for the successful project implementation in each area.
- Effectively support the project implementation study by providing details of architects' plans for project specification purposes in collaboration with the in-house consultants for the joint formulation of construction designs and details.
- Train Architects, Consultants & Engineers on Alumil’s Architectural Solutions.
- Cooperate with Product Managers to develop new solutions / systems based on market needs.
- Inspect closely and record the movements of competitors in his/ her area of responsibility.
- Participate in the facilitation of engineers’ visits (key account engineers and affiliate executives) for guided tours, presentations and technical training.
- Monitor in bi-annual intervals the competitors’ systems for qualitative and quantitate performance indicators and record the competitive advantages and weaknesses of Alumil.
- Keep CRM constantly updated with all necessary information.
- Participate in the certification process of Alumil products by national authorities.
- Prepare and update technical presentations.
- Participate in exhibitions and fairs taking place in its region.
