Kastrati Group, one of the largest and most well-known business groups in Albania and the region, founded in 1991, is expanding its operations and is seeking to hire a Energy Operations & Trading Specialist for its offices. The company operates across various sectors, including energy, oil, construction, services, and trade, and has a successful track record as a leader in its industry.

- Nominate and schedule renewable generation positions (e.g., PV) in line with market requirements.
- Manage and optimize positions in Day-Ahead and Intraday markets.
- Monitor the performance of renewable energy assets.
- Adjust schedules and nominations based on changes in production, consumption, or market conditions.
- Support operational reporting and provide insights to improve scheduling efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth energy delivery and compliance with market regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Energy nomination and scheduling for renewable generation assets (e.g., PV)
- Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Intraday market operations.
- Knowledge of renewable energy assets and their operational requirements.
- Basic data analysis and reporting (Excel, Python, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of DAMAS, Novita and energy trading platforms used in South Eastern Europe.
- Understanding of market rules, grid requirements, and operational constraints.
