Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities / Përgjegjësitë
- Prepare job plans, taking into consideration all the general and specific safety and environmental procedures
and instructions within all the maintenance department activities. - Manages backlog according to management priorities.
- Prepares risk assessment for all the maintenance department activities.
- Follows the ISO procedures of the Maintenance department.
- Manages of spare parts and launching needed Purchase Requests.
- Liaise with the service providers and suppliers.
- Support in planning of the shutdown project.
- Updates the folder structure with available documents.
- Performs measurements and making of drawings for machinery component.
- Updating of existing drawings according to changes (as build).
- Follow the CAPEX project installation and their realization.
- Support a continuous improvement culture by cross functional approach and understanding of the plant operations
(considering process, quality, and production aspects) - Follows strictly all plant’s safety rules.
- Prepares job plans for the execution team with an efficient utilization of available resources.
- Provides schedule of maintenance activities based on planned work orders, production plan, management priorities, and available resources.
- Coordinates plant and maintenance meetings for scheduling purposes, aiming to an efficient maintenance system.
- Prepare and submit departmental activities reports.
Qualifications / Kualifikimet
- Diploma of Electrical Engineering
- Excellent reading of electrical wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of the use of industrial PCs, instruments, electronics etc.
- Knowledge of PLC’s.
- Knowledge of use of any electronic measuring and testing tools.
- Knowledge of use of industrial applications software’s as for (frequency drives, gas and dust analysers, weigh feeders, truck scales,
packing lines, actuators, air compressors, industrial cameras and scanners, etc. - Planning and organizing skills
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position in industry
