Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA) is seeking to hire a

E-Gate Agent
who will report to the Costumer Experience Manager of the company.
  • Position Purpose:
The role of E- Gate Agent is to assist passengers in the E-Gates, at security control and arrival area.
  • Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

Passenger Assistance & Information
• Assist passengers and provide clear information on the automated passport control system (E-Gate).
• Ensure passengers understand the procedures that must be followed when using the E-Gate and respond to related inquiries.

Passport Identification
• Identify and distinguish between EU and non-EU passports in accordance with applicable procedures.

Operational Support
• Provide assistance to the Information Desk when required.

Reporting & Coordination
• Report any operational issues or irregularities promptly to the Customer Experience Specialist.

Requirements of the position:
Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
Intermediate level of English language;
Ability to work under stress and respond to emergencies;
Committed to providing a high standard of service;
Honest, reliable and with integrity.
