Position: Office Assistant
WHO WE ARE?
We are Boost Outsourcing Solutions, our aim is to provide high-standard office assistant services to companies in N. America and help them grow their businesses.
POSITION CHARACTERISTICS:
5 days/week (12:00pm(noon)-9:00pm, 1:00PM - 10:00PM, 2:00pm - 11:00pm or 3:00PM - 12:00AM(midnight) ) 1h break included
Progressive salary: range 50,000 - 90,000 Leke/month
+100% rate for overtime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the work with the executives.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate workers.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Prepare emails, invoices and other correspondence
- Answer phones, greet and assist clients
- Day-to-day tasks...etc.
- English Language, PR, Business Administration, Business Management, Bookkeeping and other relevant fields.
