Terra Invest Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence (email/phone), scheduling, and calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, files, and basic reports
  • Assist with client requests and internal coordination
  • Support general office administration and day-to-day tasks
Requirements

  • Fluent English is required (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of the tourism market is preferable
  • With or without experience (training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
