SALES PRO (Business Development Executive)

Shift : 8-5 CST (15:00-00:00 Al time)


As a Sales Pro, your primary focus and objective will be to develop new business. You will identify, capture and close opportunities to provide infrastructure outsourcing services to clients in the Fortune 1000 and middle markets. You will be expected to manage multiple opportunities from inception to close, working across lengthy and complex sales cycles. This role is very strategic and highly visible.

Key Qualifications:


  • Identify leads and opportunities via cold-calling, networking, events and/or other sources to develop relationships with C-level executives within targeted markets and sectors
  • Develop leads into pursuits and close pursuits
  • Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Manage client expectations throughout the sale cycle and closing process
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working within a sales driven culture
  • Strong rolodex of contacts to immediately start calling a plus; or be very comfortable prospecting for new customers immediately
  • Successfully selling of IT infrastructure outsourcing services (defined as end user support, service desk, servers, network, and data center services), preferred
  • Meet annual sales quota of $5MM
  • Must be a proven hunter with net new logo pursuit and acquisition experience.
  • Documented history of making/exceeding quota and recent earnings of at least $150k in compensation.

Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Marketing by social media outlets is a must
  • Travel is required
  • Technical product knowledge preferred


Education:


  • BA/BAS degree plus 3-5 years of related sales experience required
  • Will consider solid marketing education experience in lieu of work experience
