Qualifications:

• Bachelor Architecture. / Master Architecture + 8-10 years’ experience with involvement in design (preferably construction also)
• Knowledge of multiple types of architectural projects, Structure/MEP/Urban Planning/Construction etc.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Market, sales, marketing etc

Job Purpose:

1. Ensure projects are designed with the company’s objectives and general design principles in consideration
2. Ensure timely delivery of designs
3. Ensure design & planning is carried out efficiently, correct development information is circulated/ distributed on time to all other departments/ agencies to achieve sales/launch/delivery targets.
4. Facilitate the design of successful communities that are a profitable asset/ product for the company
