EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an Oil & Gas Company, is currently recruiting a Logistics Supervisor.

Major responsibilities:
- Ensure HSSE and Operational Process compliance by performing self-assurance on the Supply Base /Warehouse operations;
- Ensure all operations are compliant and managed to global standards and policies, and in-line with specific international, national and local legislation;
- Ensure that that all facilities, emergency response, handling and storage equipment are properly maintained towards creating and ensuring a safe working environment, incl. controlling appropriate verifications/certifications of equipment (racking, forklifts, lifting accessories, firefighting equipment,) are performed in full compliance with group and legal standards;
- Ensure that all in/outbound flows of materials (including Bulk & Waste) to/from a work site(s) are planned managed and executed efficiently and effectively, meeting the service needs of the business such that total cost of operation is minimized;
- Ensure that all materials (incl. OCTGs), equipment and tools are documented (incl. SDS), stored, preserved, handled, staged, stowed, moved, safely loaded and unloaded, efficiently and effectively;
- Manage the preparation, processing, verification and administration of transport documentation relevant to transport of materials and equipment from/to Supply Base /Warehouse;
- Develop and ensure local Supply Base /Warehouse Operations competence, capability and community, robustly assuring the right experienced, knowledgeable and trained workforce;
- Develop land transport Policies and Procedures for the asset to assure safe operations in a High-Risk Road Transport country;
- Develop and monitor performance metrics against the agreed targets and service levels, for all road transport contracts reacting to underperformance and driving continuous outcomes improvements on a sustainable basis;
- Participate in Contractor safety meetings with operators/drivers and support sharing of learnings from incidents;
- Ensures that materials are moved through the end-to-end Supply chain with minimal delay, in a safe way and not exceeding safe capacity limits of storage and transport (chemicals, weight);
- Ensure contracted services and final disposal/treatment facilities are reviewed, approved and actually reached.
- University degree in any Engineering Discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics/ Supply Base Coordination. Experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction/Mining industry would be preferred;
- Strong ABC and Ethics & Compliance understanding/experience;
- High level of HSSE awareness;
- Good English, both written and spoken (MUST);
- Good computer skills, including MS Office; SAP Experience preferred, but not required;
- Self-starter with a passion for delivering tangible results;
- Strong communicator with successful experience interfacing with many levels of the organization especially operating employees.
