Nelt shpk is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:

Position: Logistic Manager
Location: Durres

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our logistics operations in Albania.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

1. Lead the entire logistics function, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence across the supply chain
2. Plan and manage logistics processes: warehousing, inventory management, distribution, transportation, and reverse logistics
3. Develop and implement annual plans, budgets, and performance reports
4. Oversee P&L of the logistics sector and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
5. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with suppliers, principals, and key customers
6. Drive continuous improvement of logistics systems, processes, and standards
7. Ensure strong collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g. customs, ministries, inspectors)
8. Manage and develop the logistics team through coaching, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives
9. Represent the sector in strategic decision-making processes at the company level.

GENERAL REQUIERMENTS

• University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with proven leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Analytical mindset and strategic orientation
• Fluency in English; proficiency in MS
• Strong emotional and social intelligence, flexibility, and a growth mindset
• Organizational and time management skills.
