ITsysCOM.shpk (ITsysCOM GmbH) is a German software development company established in 2007,
with a young and dynamic team which is poised for growth.

For our newly opened office in Durrës we are looking to expand our team with a Backend Developer.
The responsibilities include developing, testing and deploying our CGRateS (cgrates.org) product updates,
identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.

If you possess a passion for software engineering and are familiar with Go (golang.org)

Objectives of this Role
​

• 
  [*=1]Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
  [*=1]Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
  [*=1]Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results
  [*=1]Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’
  [*=1]Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
  [*=1]Planning out projects and being involved in project management decision

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
​

• 
  [*=1]Deploy updates and fixes
  [*=1]Provide Level 3 technical support
  [*=1]Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
  [*=1]Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  [*=1]Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  [*=1]Investigate and resolve technical issues
  [*=1]Develop scripts to automate visualization
  [*=1]Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Skills and Qualifications
​

• 
  [*=1]BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field , MSc will be a plus
  [*=1]Knowledge of Linux
  [*=1]Go (golang.org) programming
  [*=1]Virtualization (KVM, VirtualBox) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  [*=1]Proficient with git and git workflows
  [*=1]Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  [*=1]Problem-solving attitude
  [*=1]Collaborative team spirit
  [*=1]Upper-intermediate in English is a must
